John 13.34_35 puts it very clearly what to do!!!

Let me give you a new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other.

WOW! Makes me just sit back in awe of how simple it sounds but when we come face to face in a situation of an unfriendly customer... what is my reaction!?!? It should not be determined on how my day is going.. or what my attitude is right then... people deserve love.. and kindness from me!
Because someone.. Jesus... ultimately paid that price.. The least we can do is follow the simple command of loving his children!
